DUO is a portable and powerful combined ECG + digital stethoscope designed for clinical use. By combining heart sounds and ECG, DUO enables clinicians to quickly take a more comprehensive view of cardiovascular function avoiding a more invasive, costly, and time consuming work-up. DUO makes it possible to capture ECG and systolic time intervals for effective heart failure and AFib detection. Eko has combined a cart full of medical devices into something that can fit into the palm of a hand.

Crafted with soft seal ear tips, the removable earpieces on the DUO are designed to alleviate pressure and isolate environmental noise. A super-bass driver delivers amazingly rich audio and a 3.5mm headphone jack ensures DUO works just as well with high quality consumer headphones. DUO can be used by clinicians as their day-to-day digital stethoscope, and the user friendly design allows patients to use DUO for longer term self monitoring when prescribed by a physician.

Eko App: Pair DUO with the Eko app on your iPhone, iPad, or Android device. Display real-time heart sound wave forms (phonocardiogram) and ECG tracings (electrocardiogram). Record, visualize and save all data to Eko's secure cloud with unlimited recording space. The app also offers live streaming and HIPAA-compliant sharing to enable remote monitoring and telemedicine.
