Littmann Master Classic II Stethoscope, Black Edition, 2141

Pros: Make sure that the product is the right one before requesting engraving. Everything was perfect as far as craftsmanship, delivery etc. However the stethoscope was the wrong size.

Pros: Everyone knows that 3M's Littmann Stethoscopes are excellent, and once my old (very old!) one broke down I wanted to replace it it a similar one. I found it at many places on-line, but at Stethoscope.com I could get it at a cheaper price and have it engraved with my name. Buying on-line was easy, the engraving was perfect. Then, there was a problem with the mailing part. Two days after I bought it I got an electronic message saying that my stethoscope had been delivered at my house, even though I never received any. This was confirmed by USPS website, using the tracking number given to me. Another 2 days go by and nothing. Maybe it was stolen from my doorstep, or something like this. I decided to call Stethoscope.com and they didn't ask any questions, just prompted to send my another one ASAP, engraved as well. Excellent costumer service!! It just happens that on that same night the original package showed up at my door (???), with my beautifully engraved new stethoscope in it. I called them back and cancelled the second order. I am very happy with my new stethoscope, the engraving, the price I paid, but most of all with how I was treated as a costumer. From now on, I'm always buying with them. RCR.

Pros: As a relatively new EMT I had been using the stethoscopes in the back of the ambulance and in the jump bag. Having lost some mid-range hearing, I was having trouble hearing faint sounds. My new Littmann Master Classic II solved that problem. The soft ear pieces which help block ambient noise and the high sensitivity allow you to concentrate on what needs to be heard. The quality is great, and the engraving is very nice. I'm very satisfied with my purchase, and with the quick service.Cons: None that I have found.

Pros: The stethoscope we purchased was a gift so we cannot speak to its quality. The timeliness of the engraving and shipping was impressive. The engraving was well done.The e-mail updates on shipping were accurate and reassuring. All in all, just what the doctor ordered :-).

Pros: I am a ER nurse and have been using my stethoscope from school for about a year. Finaly bought a new one this one is GREAT. IM hearing things i never herd before. As for service this was the greatest websitre i have ever used for purchising anything.
