The stethoscope arrived within 2 days, which was such a pleasant surprise since the company is in Boston and I am in Connecticut. My daughter was extremely pleased with the quality of the product. Pros: The product itself is great, I hear things I never heard before and it has helped with my assessments. I have been asked on more than one occasion what scope I have, they always comment on the all black look and the engraving. The scope looks great and works amazing.. Company review below.. Someone had stolen my stethoscope and I needed one in a hurry. I ordered my scope from stethoscope.com on a Monday morning and the next day when I came home from work it was in the mail. It was well packaged and engraved just the way I asked.. Blisteringly quick and product just as expected, can't ask for much more than that.. I will order from this company again..Cons: I'm assuming during the engraving process the diaphragm is removed? The first day I put the scope in my side pocket somehow the ring popped off and I lost the diaphragm.. However I found it, put it back on and there has been no problem since. I'm assuming they didn't get it on all the way..
