rainbow edition with engraving
I was ordering this for my step daughter whose in nursing school. She sent me a link and I was having trouble ordering on my phone. I called customer service to be sure I hadn't mistakenly ordered more than one. I left a message and was a little disappointed someone hasn't answered; however, a representative called me back within 15 minutes, reviewed my transaction with me to check for errors and he assured me everything was in order and because i live in the same state, I would have it quickly. He was very kind and professional and we had it, even with the engraving, the VERY NEXT DAY, which was a Saturday! The stethoscope came with some extra ear pieces and my step daughter says it works incredibly well. She was also extremely happy to have the engraving because she was afraid someone would try to take it. It's a fantastic design and great product along with wonderful customer service!

The website was very easy to navigate and find what i was looking for i was looking for the rainbow cardiology 4 and opted to have it engraved. For shipping i took the standard shipping and still it shipped out the same day and i received it in 2 days. The engraving looks perfect and it made my wife happy when i surprised her with it.
