Tycos Welch Allyn Harvey Elite
Pros: I received the stethoscope very quickly. I am very pleased with the quality.Cons: There was an extra diaphragm included in the box but it was not identified and I wasn't sure what it was until I called your customer service. There were supposed to be 4 sets of ear pieces in the box, but there were only 3. The one that I preferred to use was one that was included. I have had trouble with the ear pieces coming unscrewed while I have the stethoscope hanging around my neck. Fortunately, I noticed it on the floor and didn't lose it.

Great for Small Animals
Pros: --For me it is easier to hear subtle murmurs with this versus a litmann stethoscope (I've tried several different kinds) --The ear pieces can be rotated to fit your ears (huge plus for me) --The accessory kit contains a pediatric head that can be easily interchanged with the adult head. This is great because I usually use the pediatric head for cats and most dogs, but with great danes and other giant breeds the adult head works better.Cons: --It would be nice if it was a few inches longer (mine is 25') but it's adequate --It is heavy and uncomfortable on my neck, so I carry it in my pocket.

Even works for fetal heart tones
Pros: This is the only stethoscope that has worked for me for fetal heart tones, too, on the occasion I am stuck in a room and don't want to go looking for a doppler.

superior sound
Pros: This has superior clarity over any other stethoscope I have used. I ordered it along with a Litmann Cardiology III (needed pediatric side, too) and this one definitely beats it. Very little outside noise. Buy this if you don't need the pediatric side.Cons: My older one was shorter, didn't get caught in things so much; will order the short one next time.

Tycos Harvey Elite
Pros: Good stethoscope. I had one previously and liked it, and I needed a replacement.Cons: I still can't hear subtle murmurs. But that's probably just me.
