I was pleased in the beginning that the item was going to get reshipped. I was suspecting to have it before Christmas. I was told by a staff member that the item was shipped overnight. I asked for a tracking number and I was told it will be e-mailed to me. I never received the email of the tracking number nor did I get my package on time. When I called back the office was closed. I'm very disappointed how I was promised it would arrive on Saturday. I was told by the representative that it was in Boston. That's the latest update I was told.
