Exceeded expectations
Not only it this stethoscope beautiful it is very high quality. My first stethoscope since nursing school was a Littmann Classic II and I used it for 8 years as a cardiac telemetry nurse until it was misplaced (I did replace the tubing after 5 years because I carried it around my neck. Don't do that brcause it damages the tubing from the oils on your neck). I bought a less expensive off brand at the last minute and was terribly dissatisfied. I am back with Littmann and the classic III is crystal clear for auscultation. I will always have a Littmann because of the quality.
