Please note: We are not able to engrave the ID tag at our location. Specifically designed to snap in place on the yoke of all Littmann models. The tag comes with two easy to inscribe plates, one paper and one metal. Be sure your stethoscope stays 'your' stethoscope with an ID tag.

Poor service
I ordered this item on Dec 12 and it is Dec 22 and have not received it yet. I called today to check on the item and the office is closed for the holiday. I am not happy with the service at all because it was a Christmas gift.

Uncommonly good
I had ordered the 5 pack of the same 3M Littmann ID Tags from Amazon 10 days prior. After waiting 9 days, a single ID tag arrived. My options after contacting Amazon ( not an easy task), were limited, return it for refund or keep the single tag for reduced price since the 5 pack was back ordered. One quick google search and I found stethoscope.com. 2 days later I had the additional ID tags I needed for gifts. I will use them again, first time next time.
