How To Order
- Select the product you wish to order by first selecting a category from the list on the left hand side of the site. You may narrow the options available in the center of the site by selecting a sub-category from the left hand side of the site or a manufacturer from the right hand side of the site.
- Click on the product image you wish to order or gain more information about.
- Specify the quantity of the product you wish to order and click "add to cart".
- Once in the shopping cart section your order will be stored there for the duration of your visit incase you wish to continue shopping for other items.
- When you have finished shopping you must complete the ordering process by checking out. This can be done directly from the shopping cart or by clicking on the "check out" button in upper right hand corner of the screen.
- Your order can be altered anytime prior to checking out by changing the quantity in the shopping cart and pressing "update".
Payment Methods
Stethoscope.com accepts on-line payments with VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please note that your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. We are required by current law to charge the appropriate amount of Massachusetts sales tax to the order if the recipient's address is in the State of Massachusetts.
Order Tracking
When you place an order, you will receive a prompt online confirmation that your order has been received, including an order reference number. We suggest keeping you confirmation until you receive your order just in case you need to check the order status. The order confirmation also provides you with Stethoscopes.com's e-mail address and toll free number for further assistance.
If you have registered an account with Stethoscope.com you may also login to your account to check your order status.
Account Login
Customers (Retail or Corporate) who have registered an account with Stethoscope.com may login prior to adding items to their shopping cart or anytime during the shopping process to avoid re-entering their shipping and billing information when they checkout.
Logging into your account also provides you access to the status of your order, your tracking number, as well as one button re-ordering of past orders.

Fax Orders – You may fax orders to 1 508-651-2519 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Please be sure to include all required information from our online check out form.
