Pros: I bought this for my wife who is asthmatic and needs to check her O2 sats daily. Does a wonderful job. This replaced an older model from another company. This pulseOx is much better.

Pros: I have only used my DIAGNOSTIX™ 2100 Digital Fingertip Pulse Oximeter for about a week now, but it reads faster than then handheld POX and is just as accurate. Although I have not dropped it yet, I love the rubberized case and internal hinges that offer protection and durability. Being able to adjust the brightness and the orientation of the display is very user friendly.
Cons: None at this time.
