Pros: Sound quality is improved over my Littman Cardiology III. It is very attractive.
Cons: It is difficult to use. The instructions could be more user friendly. It goes through batteries quickly.

Pros: This is about the best stethoscope yet. I am a dialysis nurse and heart and lung sounds are key to pt safety. I have not missed a beat or crackle yet. I wish I could download the software and utilize this for more specific pt care, but our clinic is not bluetooth friendly to date. Make it wireless!!!!
Cons: None Love it!!!! I am the envy of the clinic

Pros: Excellent acoustics
Cons: Bluetooth did NOT work, tested on TWO seperate computers. After about 2 days Zargis (software author) decided that the 3200 was defective; Littmann's reply: Send it in for repair, 2-4 weeks turnaround time... for a NEW stethoscope?? Would not send replacement or loaner. Am working in a shelter for the next two weeks and am hearing impaired. Do NOT buy this product, 3M could care less about the end-user's needs.

Pros: Ability to amplify sounds as needed.
Able to bluetooth sounds directly to PC.
Able to send sounds to colleague or receive from NP from remote site to get another opinion.
Looks sleek and cool.
Received very quickly even with engraving.
Engraving looks very nice too.
Overally, I really like it.
Cons: Wish it was a tad bit shorter. When hanging from neck, hits my "you-know-where".
Sound is different from Master Cardiology and so it takes getting used to. I still perfer the quality of sound with Master Cardiology but the ability to amplify as needed supercedes this.

Pros: The future of many medical devices now.
Cons: 1)
Have to switch it on each time....compared to what we are used to now...just putting a stethoscope on the chest. It should be "touch" activated to take this hassle away. Remember, some of use are using our stethoscopes a lot during the day.

It takes a while to calculate the heart rate. Again, a small thing, but compared to what we are used to...ie...it takes less than a millisecond to get an **idea** of what is going on, ie is it a fast rate/slow rate. And it probably takes 5 seconds to get a pretty close ballpark of the actual heart rate. This needs to be improved.
Having said that..its version 1.0. I expect version 5.0 to be the standard one day. It might be worth at least waiting for vs 2.0

Pros: I have never been Happier then with my New Littmann 3200 it is great. I have developed some hearing loss and find that this well then makes up for the difference.
Cons: Product manufacturer should include the capability to use Mac software and not only Windows

Pros: Blazingly fast delivery (36 hours), even with engraving. Sound quality is not magical but quite good. Interface is easy to use. Bell/diaphragm filters work well. Comes with its own bluetooth USB adapter.
Cons: The stethoscope itself is quite good but the computer interface needs work. Sounds exported to a computer sound quite different on speaker than played from the stethoscope. Exporting to WAV files is at far too low a gain and results in an inaudible file. Sound fidelity is good because separate sound editing software can increase the volume to an audible level.

Pros: Works fine, really like the noise reduction.
Cons: Had some issues getting the Bluetooth to work, but the Littman/Zargis customer support people were great and worked through the issue.

Pros: Very good at reducing background noise.
Excellent recording feature + bluetooth works very well.
Increased bell for "obese" people is an amazing feature!!!
Cons: Does not give you the heart beats per minute very well for dogs & cats--some register & some don't.
Can't hear the heartbeat recordings on my computer unless I use headphones.
Could have a longer body piece.

Pros: Excellent sound. Easy to use. Amplification allows to here distant, faint sounds.
Cons: The cup covering auscultation surface is loose and easy can slip off the head. I actually lost on already in the hospital.

Pros: Amplification fits my needs.
Easy to use
So far, battery life seems ok
Cons: Tubing a little long for white coat pocket, hangs out a bit and you have to wind it a little to settle in the pocket.
Blue tooth software for pc connection is NOT easy to install and configure

Pros: 1. Proud owner; Fantastic Accoustics, Superb Construction, A Definate Status Symbol !! After 23 years of practice, finally, a refreshing piece of equipment anyone would be proud to own. The auto on/off feature is uncanny and instant. The ThinkLab electronic stethoscope is a toy compared to this precision piece, stay away from it.
2. The engraving is subtle but visible. They even replaced the plastic LCD protector when done, no finger prints on my new stethoscope!!! Absolutely no complaints with this company. Well Done !!
3. Do the 14 day trial through 3M/Littman and try before you buy. You'll own this baby within two weeks. And buy it from www.stethoscope.com, you'll be glad you did.
Cons: 1. While wearing the stethoscope,the right earstem rotates just enough when I reach to the LLL of the patient from his/her right side or turn my head way to the left to see the BP cuff on the wall that I lose audio in my right ear. (I think my R aud canal is somewhat narrow.)Fixed by rotating the R stem a tad ccw.
2. The pulse counter is adequate but the wait (15s) is a tad too long.

Pros: I like the construction of the stethscope, compared to the model 4000 and 4100 (both of which I also own). The use of hard buttons, rather than adhesive that peels off, is a big plus. Scope is comfortable to wear, sound quality is superior! Zargis StethAssist software is also very user friendly and simple to use. If using a notebook to hear the sounds, you will need headphones or external speaker; otherwise, on a desktop, sound is great.
Cons: Nothing to list. I have found this product quite easy to use and have enjoyed it.

Pros: This is a state-of-the-art scope...Light, easy on the neck and ears, three ear piece sizes, built in record & blue-tooth, auto-shutoff, user customization
QUICK delivery even including engraving. This is a new model and Sethescope.com called me to notify me that it was available...GREAT SERVICE!!!!
Cons: The included battery was flaky causing initial panic that scope was faulty...replaced battery and all was well...use caution and watch the lineup on battery cap/compartment connection, markings are faint, but they are there
