Pros: I would have to say that this website has got one of the fastest shipping I have encountered thus far. I was impressed that I ordered the standard shipping and received my stethoscope within 3 business days! Although the engraving was a bit crooked, I was satisfied with what I had bought. The stethoscope is great! I was able to hear sounds in which I normally could not hear while utilizing the stethoscopes my university provided. Overall, I would highly recommend this website for its shipping rate. I would definitely buy another stethoscope from this website again.

Pros: I received the stethoscope one day earlier than promised, on Dec. 22, well in advance of Christmas, and it was engraved perfectly. My son is very pleased with it. I called and sent an e-mail to stethoscope.com on Dec. 18 because the website would not allow me to order it. I received a return call the very next day (a Saturday) from the President of stethoscope.com, who accepted my order over the phone and reassured me that this type of stethoscope was available for shipping before Christmas if I paid for expedited delivery, because a new shipment had just been received from the manufacturer.
Cons: The only problem was that stethoscope.net incicated that this item was out of stock, but the President of Stethoscope.com was able to correct that promptly.

Pros: The stethoscope was given as a Christmas gift. The recipient was extremely excited about the Littmann brand and the model of the stethoscope selected for her. She was planning to purchase the same model in early 2010 had she not received one for Christmas. It is currently in use with favorable results so far. She also appreciated the engraved message, which turned out very nice and exactly as we requested during the ordering process. Shipping was also quick and painless. Pros: I haven't used it much so far but lung sounds are super clear and you can hear heart sounds very easily as well. I got this for working as a paramedic, mainly for lung sounds, and so far I am extremely happy with it. The engraving looks exceptionally well, is very professional looking w/o any mistakes and the speed with which I got it was incredible. I ordered it Monday night because I needed it Friday for a clinical rotation and I just now got it on Wednesday with express mail. I'll definitely come to stethoscope.com for any future scopes or supplies!
The scope itself is very nice and inconspicuous with the black finish, the tubing is rubbery enough that it doesn't slip around on your neck and the weight isn't really noticeable either.
