Cons: I have had this prouct for almost a year and it had been working really great until now. I keep my stethescope in my pocket instead of around my neck, and one of the earpieces kept falling off. I used a replacement and lost that one as well. I think the problem maybe that they are screw-on, and become unscrewed easily due to friction.
Another con, the neck of this stethescope is a little short compared to others.

Pros: I am going to start a class on Scuba Diving medicine and have not had the chance to use it BUT I am confident it is more than what I have expected. They lady that took ny order was the best. We talked more of scuba dicving than anything and I enjoyed the conversation. Comlement her if you would. I don't remember her name. Customer service at it's best.... I would recopmend this product and your company to anyone.
Cons: Non that I can see or even think of.
