Pros: Arrived via overnight delivery as promised, despite a very late order placed the afternoon before. It is used primarily on person with orthostatic hypotension and in conjunction with the Littmann Master Cardiology Stethoscope makes obtaining low and weak standing BP relatively easy. Spoke with two staff. Both very knowledgeable, polite and and immediately responded with accurate answers. In contrast, I earlier ordered the same item from ***heart.com. Sent a child's cuff instead of an adult cuff. I was told they were out of stock on the adult model. Returned the item and ordered from Stetoscope.com. ***heart refunded cost, but not shipping charges. I certainly will not recommend ***heart as I now have little or no confidence in them. . Cons: None.
